Losing my father was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. But you know what? It changed me. It taught me lessons I don’t think I would have learned otherwise. It’s like life whispered, "Here’s the truth—take it, hold it, and grow with it." One of the first things I learned was how important it is to stand on your own.I realized I had to become that for myself. Independence isn’t just about surviving—it’s about finding strength you didn’t know you had. And trust? Oh, that was a big one. I’ve learned to be careful with trust. Not everyone deserves it, and that’s okay. But here’s the thing—I haven’t closed myself off. I’ve just beco...

నాన్న కు చివరి వీడ్కోలు లేఖ

In the wake of my father's death, I found myself navigating a grief, but within that sorrow, I discovered profound truths about the essence of life itself. As I grappled with the enormity of my loss, I came to realize that death is not just an end, but a poignant reminder of the impermanence of our earthly existence. It unveiled the fragility of life, urging me to embrace each moment with a newfound appreciation for its fleeting beauty. In the silence of my grief, I unearthed the importance of cherishing the relationships that enrich our lives. My father's absence served as a stark reminder to express love and gratitude freely, for tomorrow is never promised, and regrets weigh heavier than words left unspoken. Moreover, his passing unveiled the resilience of the human spirit, teaching me that even in the darkest of times, there is strength to be found within. Through the depths of my sorrow, I discovered an inner resolve to honor his memory by living a life of purpose, resilien...

Yes, he must be a father of a daughter.

In the corridors of your school, faced with scolding, would you resort to threatening by saying, " I'll tell my father"? Confronted with abuse, would you gather the courage to admonish the wrong doer, knowing that your father stands as a shield?  In the face of eve-teasing, would you dare to slap back, fueled by the confidence instilled by your father's strength? He is the soldier to protect you.  As you scribble the worst strokes on paper during your childhood, did you ever notice the day your father brought drawing books, envisioning an artist within you?  He is the one who trust you before you have gained self-esteem on yourself.  A passing comment about your favorite color—did your father embark on a citywide search for that perfect dress? Your casual words means a lot to him.   When seeking the best college, did your father endure nights in uncomfortable places just to ensure you had a smooth admission process? He always wanted the best to give ...

Love and Forgiveness: A mother's way of life

Namasthe all,   We all are in a world where words often reign supreme, my mother taught me the profound power of love and forgiveness through her actions, not her literacy by modern standards. Though she may not have been able to read or write, her wisdom eclipsed any academic measure. She lived her life embodying the essence of selflessness, always placing others before herself. Even when faced with criticism or neglect from relatives, she remained steadfast in her resolve, never wavering in her commitment to love and serve. Her kitchen was a sanctuary of both nourishment and resilience. Whether her culinary creations were met with praise or indifference, she bore the burden of disappointment with grace, understanding that true fulfillment comes not from external validation, but from the act of giving itself. Endurance does not mean that they are weak... because they forgive mistakes with strong love.. In her quiet strength, she exemplified the principles of karma yoga, worki...

The circle from the womb to ashes

Death ..No No..a thought of death itself imparts valuable lessons—reminding us of life's impermanence. Neither promotions nor status endure. I rarely thought so far on this " What is permanent? ".  I am trying to understand through practical experience that " Nothing " Is permanent except the Changes in Life.   It's essential to contemplate the state of our minds on our deathbed, where Mother Death awaits, taking us back to her lap as we return to the ashes, mirroring our origin from the mother's womb. Life, a fleeting journey, teaches us profound truths through the lens of death's inevitability. In its impermanence, we find the futility of chasing promotions, comparison and social status. The essence lies in contemplating our state of mind on the final bed, where Mother Death awaits, completing the circle from the womb to ashes...a poignant reminder of our cyclical origin. Live purposefully, for in understanding life's brevity, we find the wisdo...

The phone call that announces a departure, a loss – a stark reminder that nothing in life is permanent. How do you cope with the shock, the chaos, and the surreal scenes that follow such moments of profound change? Amid the sadness and tears, have you ever felt a strange peace, a clarity, a deep connection to life? H...
