Namasthe.

Have you ever paused to ponder the fleeting beauty of life? Consider the quote, "We meet but briefly in life, if we touch each other with stardust, that is everything." How does this resonate with your understanding of the impermanence of our existence?

The phone call that announces a departure, a loss – a stark reminder that nothing in life is permanent. How do you cope with the shock, the chaos, and the surreal scenes that follow such moments of profound change?

Amid the sadness and tears, have you ever felt a strange peace, a clarity, a deep connection to life? How does death transform your perception of existence and prompt a realization of what truly matters?

Consider the lessons death imparts about life:

The Power of Love: How has the power of love seen you through dark days? Can you embrace the idea that though physically absent, loved ones live on in hearts, minds, and dreams?

The Power of Impermanence: Reflect on times when you sought control in the face of loss. How does death teach us that life, like a rainbow, is beautiful in its impermanence? How does it make the shared journey profound?

The Power of Acceptance: In moments of grief, have you resisted acceptance? How does the grieving process, with its stages, lead to eventual acceptance? In what ways does acceptance allow one to move forward?

The Power of Transformation: Have you experienced personal growth following loss and struggle? How do seeds of struggle contribute to transformation and growth? Can you see the potential for something good on the horizon?

The Power of Awareness: Reflect on your conscious awareness before facing death. In what ways does death challenge and expand our awareness, prompting questions about life's purpose and the choices we make?

We need not wait for that loss..ప్రతి రోజు మన జీవిత ఉద్దేశ్యం, purpose and what are we here ani ప్రకాశవంతమైన startdust నింపడానికి అవకాశాన్ని అందిస్తుంది, అది మన ప్రయాణాన్ని నిజంగా అసాధారణమైనదిగా చేస్తుంది.

I recently had a discussion with my husband Mr. Vishnuchittan. He shared a perspective that resonates deeply with me: every birthday is a celebration, marking another year of life's journey. Yet, in the same breath, he acknowledged that each passing year brings us closer to the inevitable—death

From this viewpoint, I've come to understand that even death, in its profound way, is a celebration. It's the culmination of a life well-lived, a journey completed, and a transition into a new, mysterious phase. Every birthday, every moment, and yes, even death, becomes a unique celebration.

Yours

Shweta Vishnuchittan.

That Random day in my life.....

That day began like any other, filled with gratitude to Narasimha and hope for the day ahead. I went to work, but by mid-day, something shifted. I fell sick—suddenly, unexpectedly—and as the hours passed, my condition worsened. It wasn’t just an ordinary illness; this time, it felt heavy, like a storm I couldn’t escape.  For a moment, I wondered if I would survive. And in that quiet space, where everything else faded, two thoughts consumed me: What about my son? Will my husband manage without me? And then a strange question arose—Is my purpose done? Am I leaving because I’ve already fulfilled what I came to do? ( may be if we feel that moments are our last seconds and if we feel that we don't see tomorrow, then the most precious things alone we might be remember and we would recollect ..it would have scroll down like a reel those precious moments, and so i felt about my son and husband)  After several tests, the diagnosis finally came through: viral and bacterial pneumoni...

The Bird Who Chose to Fly Higher

Hey all, Namasthe and Welcome to The Voice of Chittan ! I’m back with another soulful reflection, one that speaks to every heart that’s ever felt unheard, every spirit that’s been tested, and every dream that’s dared to rise above the noise. Today’s blog is a story of resilience, mindful living, and the quiet strength that often goes unnoticed, until it chooses to fly high. Let’s dive in. In a quiet forest, there lived a bird unlike the rest. It wasn’t the loudest, nor the fastest. It didn’t compete for attention or join the noisy flocks that filled the skies with chaos. This bird had a different way of being,it moved slowly, intentionally, and mindfully. Its path wasn’t always clear, but its heart was steady. Every day, it focused on what mattered, its purpose, its values, and its inner peace. But the world around it didn’t understand silence. A flock of noisy birds began to notice this quiet one. They squawked and laughed, mocking its calm demeanor. “Why are you so slow?” the...

The Beauty of Slowing Down

Hey all,Namaste. thank you for tuning in voice of chittan blog.  Today, I want to talk about something we often overlook but desperately need:  "the art of doing nothing.” Life has a funny way of surprising us, doesn’t it? There are days when no matter how hard we plan, things just don’t go our way. Deadlines get missed, expectations aren’t met, and sometimes, it feels like the world is rushing by while we’re stuck in slow motion. It’s frustrating, right? But what if I told you that these unexpected pauses are not failures—they’re opportunities? Opportunities to breathe. To reflect. To just be. Think about it. From the moment we wake up, we’re chasing something—goals, recognition, validation, or even the next item on our to-do list. But do we ever pause and ask ourselves, “Why?” Why are we running? And more importantly, where are we running to? Here’s the thing: not every day has to be about hitting targets or checking boxes. Sometimes, the most meaningful moments come ...

Your cracks in life are golden

Hey all...Namaste🙂 let me tell you about something I recently came across that completely changed how I see life. It’s this Japanese philosophy called Kintsugi. Ever heard of it? It’s basically the art of fixing broken pottery with gold. But hang on, it’s way more than that. Imagine this—you drop your favorite ceramic mug. It shatters. The first instinct? Toss it..we will throw it away, isn't it? Because broken things are useless, isn't it? But this is Not in Kintsugi. In Kintsugi, those cracks are celebrated in its own way. You know how? They’re filled with gold. And when you look at the repaired piece, it’s not just a mug anymore. It’s a story, a piece of art. It’s more valuable than it was before. And that got me thinking, what if we looked at ourselves the same way? I am sure you agree with me if I say this..., life breaks all of us in some way. Maybe it’s a failed relationship, a career setback, losing someone you love, or just that quiet feeling that you’re not enough. We...

With deep involved ..

Climbing Within

In a world where growth is often measured in deadlines met and milestones achieved, we rarely pause to ask: What truly moves the soul? What if self-development wasn’t just about climbing the corporate ladder, but also about climbing within ..... one quiet step at a time? We often look for inspiration in grand speeches, bestselling books, or powerful personalities. But sometimes, the most profound lessons come from the quiet corners of life , from people who go unnoticed but live with a rare, deep purpose. Recently, I had the blessed opportunity to visit Tirumala , the sacred abode of Lord Venkateswara. While the divine darshan itself was soul-stirring, it was the journey , the climb, the people, and the silent stories unfolding around us , that left a lasting impression. Image: Sacred Hills of Tirumala Amid the chants of Govinda Govinda and the rustling of countless bare feet on ancient stone steps, I met a man whose simple spiritual routine shook me deeply. He was in his 60s , a...
