Painting the Life with Color and Creativity

Hey, beautiful souls there!  Namasthe and Welcome back to Voice of Chittan, where I kindle my passion for self-help.  Many times I felt like "   Life is like a box of crayons. You never know what you're going to get, but you can be sure it'll be colorful ." Viewing my life through the lens of an art and painting lover allows me to see the world in its full spectrum of colors, each hue representing a different emotion, experience, or moment. Being an artist, I select my palette with care, so that we too can choose how to paint our life, infusing it with vibrancy, depth, and meaning. Life, like a blank canvas, invites us to pick up our brushes and create something uniquely beautiful. Each stroke of color adds to the richness of the tapestry of your existence, weaving together moments of joy, sorrow, love, and growth into a masterpiece that is uniquely yours. మంచి పెయింటింగ్‌కి వివిధ రంగులు ఎంత ముఖ్యమో,అలాగే జీవితంలోని ప్రతి అనుభవం మన జీవితాన్ని రంగులమయం చేస్తుంది...

Self-Persecuting/ Compassion. What is your Choice?

Hey all Namasthe and welcome to another blog on Voice of Chittan.  I was reading the Journey of successful women. Then asked myself on “ What is the definition of Success?” “Does someone else validate it?” You all know and It is a bitter fact that Judgemental exists everywhere, how to sail the ocean of expectations!!!!  As women, we often find ourselves wearing multiple hats in our lives - caretakers, professionals, partners, friends - the list goes on. In the midst of fulfilling these roles, we sometimes forget the most important person: ourselves. It's time to stop the cycle of self-persecution and embrace self-compassion. Let us understand the power of self-acceptance and the freedom it brings.  Here, I share some of my opinions and insights in the hope of inspiring others to take their stand and reclaim their sense of self. One of the greatest burdens we carry is the weight of our own insecurities. We constantly strive for perfection, fearing judgment and rejection if...

Authentication Vs External Validation

Have you ever found yourself constantly seeking approval and appreciation from others?  Do you feel like your worth and value are determined by the opinions of those around you? In one of Trivikram's Movies, there is a dialogue where the lead role tries to impress his people but always he receives resentment from his people.... finally, he understands that it is not possible and says   "Now I feel liberated knowing that no matter how well I perform, you won't be impressed." It's easy to fall into the trap of seeking approval and appreciation from external sources. From social media likes to professional accolades, many of us find ourselves constantly craving validation from others. But what if I told you that true fulfillment lies not in the opinions of others, but within yourself? The truth is, that the lack of fulfillment within us often drives us to seek approval and appreciation outside. We become dependent on external validation to feel worthy and valuable. B...

A Tribute to Unspoken Love- చెప్పలేని ప్రేమకు నివాళి

As I sit down to write this blog, memories flood my mind, and emotions swell within me. It's been exactly one month since I last felt the warmth of my father's touch, one month since I affectionately pampered his shoulder. Little did I know then that it would be our last moment together, our last exchange of love. Today, my heart is heavy with the weight of his absence, yet it is also filled with the memories of the time we shared.  I remember that day vividly –  I gently massaged his tired shoulders. It was a simple gesture, but in that moment, it spoke volumes. It was my way of saying "I love you" without words, a silent exchange of affection that transcended any language barrier. But now, as I reflect on that memory, there's a bittersweet ache in my heart. There were so many things left unsaid, so many feelings left unexpressed. I always wanted to tell him how much he meant to me, how grateful I was for everything he had done, but somehow, the words never foun...
