Hey all, Namasthe and Welcome to The Voice of Chittan!
I’m back with another soulful reflection—one that speaks to every heart that’s ever felt unheard, every spirit that’s been tested, and every dream that’s dared to rise above the noise.
Today’s blog is a story of resilience, mindful living, and the quiet strength that often goes unnoticed—until it chooses to fly high.
Let’s dive in.
In a quiet forest, there lived a bird unlike the rest. It wasn’t the loudest, nor the fastest. It didn’t compete for attention or join the noisy flocks that filled the skies with chaos. This bird had a different way of being—it moved slowly, intentionally, and mindfully. Its path wasn’t always clear, but its heart was steady.
Every day, it focused on what mattered—its purpose, its values, and its inner peace.
But the world around it didn’t understand silence.
A flock of noisy birds began to notice this quiet one. They squawked and laughed, mocking its calm demeanor. “Why are you so slow?” they jeered. “Why don’t you flap louder, soar higher, shout more?” They poked and pecked, not just with beaks, but with words that pierced like thorns.
At first, the quiet bird tried to ignore them. But the noise grew louder. The ridicule more personal. The mocking more frequent. No matter how far it flew, the birds followed—like shadows of doubt.
It felt the weight of their words.😟
It cried.😭
It questioned itself.😵💫
It even thought about giving up—about staying hidden, silenced, small.😥
But one day, something shifted.
As the bird perched on a high branch, watching the sunrise spill across the sky, it realized something powerful:
“They can only reach me if I fly low.”
So it made a choice.
Not to run.
Not to retaliate.
But to rise.
With a steady breath, it opened its wings—not in fear, but in purpose. And it began to fly—not away from the noise, but above it. Higher and higher. Beyond the reach of criticism. Beyond the noise of judgment.
Because when you fly at your true altitude—where purpose meets peace—not everyone can follow.
Up there, in that sacred space of clarity, the bird found something beautiful: freedom. And eventually, it saw others like it—birds who had once been mocked for their uniqueness, now flying free in their truth.
What I am trying to say is.....
Sometimes life will try to pull you down. Not because you’re wrong—but because your quiet purpose threatens the noise of the world.
When that happens, don’t run away.
Fly higher.
Because the air gets quieter the higher you go—and you start hearing what really matters: your own voice.
So..... In a world that often rewards noise over nuance, and speed over substance, staying true to your quiet purpose is an act of courage. There will always be voices trying to distract, discourage, or define you. But remember, your journey isn’t meant for them—it’s meant for you.
You don’t have to fight every critic.
You don’t have to explain your silence.
You just have to keep flying higher.
Let your purpose be louder than their noise. Let your peace guide your flight.
Because the higher you go, the smaller their voices become.
