The Himalayan Way- For a better LIFE

 Hey All, Namasthe & Greetings!

A few days ago, My six-year-old son, Sri Advaytha Simha Mudrakartha, handed me a Pen, Writing pad, and piece of paper and with great curiosity asked me to write about Mountains. He gave me some clues to write like mountains are blue, high, strong, etc. 😍

By using his hints I ponder on what is life and how our life is to be..., here is my perception of these majestic natural wonders.

I immediately stuck by the fact that "The Himalayas act as a natural shield safeguarding India-"Bharath Mata", just as the young generation should aspire to exemplify the Himalayan qualities to safeguard their Mother( India)"

The towering Himalayas, with their majestic beauty and awe-inspiring grandeur, has been a source of inspiration for countless people throughout history. These mountains stand as a testament to the incredible power of perseverance, resilience, and courage. In this blog, we'll explore some of the inspiring lessons that we can learn from mountains and the Himalayas.

The Himalayas are a symbol of perseverance. It takes immense effort and determination to climb these mountains. Similarly, in our lives, we face challenges that require us to persevere and push through difficulties to achieve our goals. By emulating the spirit of the mountains, we can learn to persist in the face of adversity and work tirelessly towards our objectives. Let us all have this Perseverance in all our downfalls to bounce back.

The Himalayas have endured countless storms, avalanches, and other natural disasters over the centuries. They teach us the importance of resilience and the ability to bounce back from setbacks. By developing resilience, we can weather the storms of life and emerge stronger and more capable. Let us be Resilient.

Standing at the foot of a mountain, we are reminded of our small place in the world. The Himalayas teach us humility and help us to recognize our limitations. This humility can help us approach life with a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the world around us. Let us also have that Humility.

Climbing a mountain requires patience and the ability to focus on the journey rather than just the destination. The Himalayas remind us that the most rewarding experiences often come from taking things slow and savoring the journey. By cultivating patience, we can learn to appreciate the process of achieving our goals and find joy in the journey.

Mountains provide a unique perspective on the world. From their heights, we can see things from a new and different angle. The Himalayas teach us the importance of stepping back and gaining a new perspective on life. By gaining new perspectives, we can expand our horizons and open our minds to new ideas and possibilities.

The sheer beauty and majesty of the Himalayas remind us to be grateful for the wonders of nature and the world around us. They inspire us to appreciate the simple things in life and to be thankful for what we have. By cultivating gratitude, we can find greater joy and fulfillment in our lives.

Climbing a mountain takes courage and a willingness to face your fears. The Himalayas teach us to be brave and to take risks to achieve our goals. By embracing courage, we can overcome our fears and achieve great things in life. Let us be Courageous in life.

The Himalayas stand as a symbol of the incredible power of perseverance, resilience, courage, humility, patience, perspective, and gratitude. By learning from the lessons of the mountains, we can improve our lives and become better versions of ourselves. So, let us embrace the spirit of the Himalayas and strive towards greatness in all aspects of our life.

That Random day in my life.....

That day began like any other, filled with gratitude to Narasimha and hope for the day ahead. I went to work, but by mid-day, something shifted. I fell sick—suddenly, unexpectedly—and as the hours passed, my condition worsened. It wasn’t just an ordinary illness; this time, it felt heavy, like a storm I couldn’t escape.  For a moment, I wondered if I would survive. And in that quiet space, where everything else faded, two thoughts consumed me: What about my son? Will my husband manage without me? And then a strange question arose—Is my purpose done? Am I leaving because I’ve already fulfilled what I came to do? ( may be if we feel that moments are our last seconds and if we feel that we don't see tomorrow, then the most precious things alone we might be remember and we would recollect ..it would have scroll down like a reel those precious moments, and so i felt about my son and husband)  After several tests, the diagnosis finally came through: viral and bacterial pneumoni...

The Bird Who Chose to Fly Higher

Hey all, Namasthe and Welcome to The Voice of Chittan ! I’m back with another soulful reflection—one that speaks to every heart that’s ever felt unheard, every spirit that’s been tested, and every dream that’s dared to rise above the noise. Today’s blog is a story of resilience, mindful living, and the quiet strength that often goes unnoticed—until it chooses to fly high. Let’s dive in. In a quiet forest, there lived a bird unlike the rest. It wasn’t the loudest, nor the fastest. It didn’t compete for attention or join the noisy flocks that filled the skies with chaos. This bird had a different way of being—it moved slowly, intentionally, and mindfully. Its path wasn’t always clear, but its heart was steady. Every day, it focused on what mattered—its purpose, its values, and its inner peace. But the world around it didn’t understand silence. A flock of noisy birds began to notice this quiet one. They squawked and laughed, mocking its calm demeanor. “Why are you so slow?” they ...

The Beauty of Slowing Down

Hey all,Namaste. thank you for tuning in voice of chittan blog.  Today, I want to talk about something we often overlook but desperately need:  "the art of doing nothing.” Life has a funny way of surprising us, doesn’t it? There are days when no matter how hard we plan, things just don’t go our way. Deadlines get missed, expectations aren’t met, and sometimes, it feels like the world is rushing by while we’re stuck in slow motion. It’s frustrating, right? But what if I told you that these unexpected pauses are not failures—they’re opportunities? Opportunities to breathe. To reflect. To just be. Think about it. From the moment we wake up, we’re chasing something—goals, recognition, validation, or even the next item on our to-do list. But do we ever pause and ask ourselves, “Why?” Why are we running? And more importantly, where are we running to? Here’s the thing: not every day has to be about hitting targets or checking boxes. Sometimes, the most meaningful moments come ...

If the Entire Team Fails, Then the Manager Also Fails: Understanding Shared Responsibility

" When a team fails, the manager/leader fails too. A leader never have blaming tone, but sets an inspiration". Hey all Namasthe,  In the world of organisation ,failure is often seen as a setback, a sign that something went wrong. When an entire team fails, it can feel like a disaster. However, the true measure of a manager is not in how they handle success, but in how they manage failure. While a bad manager might blame their team to remain in their boss’s good books, a good manager understands that leadership means taking responsibility, learning from mistakes, and turning failure into an opportunity for growth. Here’s how a manager can win, even when their team fails. 1. Accept Responsibility The first step in turning failure into victory is for the manager to accept responsibility. This doesn’t mean shouldering all the blame, but rather acknowledging their role in the team’s performance. A good manager understands that they are accountable for the team's results, and t...

Losing my father was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. But you know what? It changed me. It taught me lessons I don’t think I would have learned otherwise. It’s like life whispered, "Here’s the truth—take it, hold it, and grow with it." One of the first things I learned was how important it is to stand on your own.I realized I had to become that for myself. Independence isn’t just about surviving—it’s about finding strength you didn’t know you had. And trust? Oh, that was a big one. I’ve learned to be careful with trust. Not everyone deserves it, and that’s okay. But here’s the thing—I haven’t closed myself off. I’ve just beco...

Your cracks in life are golden

Hey all...Namaste🙂 let me tell you about something I recently came across that completely changed how I see life. It’s this Japanese philosophy called Kintsugi. Ever heard of it? It’s basically the art of fixing broken pottery with gold. But hang on, it’s way more than that. Imagine this—you drop your favorite ceramic mug. It shatters. The first instinct? Toss it..we will throw it away, isn't it? Because broken things are useless, isn't it? But this is Not in Kintsugi. In Kintsugi, those cracks are celebrated in its own way. You know how? They’re filled with gold. And when you look at the repaired piece, it’s not just a mug anymore. It’s a story, a piece of art. It’s more valuable than it was before. And that got me thinking—what if we looked at ourselves the same way? I am sure you agree with me if I say this..., life breaks all of us in some way. Maybe it’s a failed relationship, a career setback, losing someone you love, or just that quiet feeling that you’re not enough. We...
