Slowdown.....Practise .....: WALK THE TALK

Hey all, Namasthe & Greetings!

Living in the information age, we are blessed with an abundance of resources at our fingertips. With just a few clicks, we can access a wealth of knowledge on any topic we desire. We have access to an endless supply of books, articles, podcasts, and videos that can help us learn and grow. While this is undoubtedly a great thing, it's also important to remember that simply consuming information is not enough. We need to put what we learn into practice.

Many people today are great at talking the talk, but when it comes to walking the walk, they fall short. They can deliver eloquent speeches, write persuasive articles, and dazzle us with their knowledge, but when it comes to putting their words into action, they come up short. This is a problem that affects all of us, and if we're not careful, we can easily fall into the same trap.

So, how do we avoid this pitfall? The answer is simple: we need to slow down, learn, and practice. We need to take the time to truly understand what we're learning, and then put it into action. Here are a few tips to help you do just that:

Slow down: In today's fast-paced world, we're often in a rush to consume as much information as possible. We skim articles, listen to podcasts at 2x speed, and jump from one topic to the next. While this may help us cover more ground, it's not the best way to learn. To truly understand something, we need to slow down and give it our full attention. Take the time to read an article carefully, listen to a podcast at normal speed, and really engage with the material.

Learn: Once we've slowed down and given our full attention to the material, it's time to learn. This means going beyond simply memorizing facts and figures. It means understanding the underlying concepts and ideas. It means asking questions, making connections, and challenging assumptions. To truly learn something, we need to engage with it on a deep level.

Practice: Finally, it's time to put what we've learned into practice. This is where real learning happens. We need to take what we've learned and apply it to our lives. This means experimenting, taking risks, and making mistakes. It means stepping outside our comfort zone and trying new things. And it means being patient with ourselves as we learn and grow.

In conclusion, living in the information age is both a blessing and a curse. While we have access to an abundance of resources, it's easy to fall into the trap of simply consuming information without putting it into practice. To avoid this, we need to slow down, learn, and practice. We need to engage with the material on a deep level, and then apply it to our lives. By doing so, we can truly grow and develop as individuals, and make a positive impact on the world around us.

That Random day in my life.....

That day began like any other, filled with gratitude to Narasimha and hope for the day ahead. I went to work, but by mid-day, something shifted. I fell sick—suddenly, unexpectedly—and as the hours passed, my condition worsened. It wasn’t just an ordinary illness; this time, it felt heavy, like a storm I couldn’t escape.  For a moment, I wondered if I would survive. And in that quiet space, where everything else faded, two thoughts consumed me: What about my son? Will my husband manage without me? And then a strange question arose—Is my purpose done? Am I leaving because I’ve already fulfilled what I came to do? ( may be if we feel that moments are our last seconds and if we feel that we don't see tomorrow, then the most precious things alone we might be remember and we would recollect ..it would have scroll down like a reel those precious moments, and so i felt about my son and husband)  After several tests, the diagnosis finally came through: viral and bacterial pneumoni...
