జీవితం అంటే( A life is...)... ... 😍

Because....

Life is simple, if you let it be,

flowing river, wild and free.

Forgive the weights that hold you down,
Set them adrift, let yourself unbound.

The past is gone, a fleeting shade,
Why linger where no steps are laid?
Move on, for life waits up ahead,
A canvas new where dreams are spread.

Prioritize the soul you bear,
Nurture it with love and care.
You are the light, the fire, the song,
In choosing yourself, you make life strong.

Expect not the world to follow your way,
Let life surprise you every day.
Lower the bar, release the strain,
Peace is found when you break the chain.

Be valuable, not perfect, not grand,
Kindness and love are the richest brands.
A helping hand, a heart sincere,
Can change a life, bring someone near.

And if the crowd does not align,
Do not fear, for you are divine.
Walk alone, and hold your ground,
Your truth is where your strength is found.

Life is simple, clear, and bright,
When you embrace its quiet light.
Let go, move on, and let it be,
The path is yours—walk it free.

With love

That Random day in my life.....

That day began like any other, filled with gratitude to Narasimha and hope for the day ahead. I went to work, but by mid-day, something shifted. I fell sick—suddenly, unexpectedly—and as the hours passed, my condition worsened. It wasn’t just an ordinary illness; this time, it felt heavy, like a storm I couldn’t escape.  For a moment, I wondered if I would survive. And in that quiet space, where everything else faded, two thoughts consumed me: What about my son? Will my husband manage without me? And then a strange question arose—Is my purpose done? Am I leaving because I’ve already fulfilled what I came to do? ( may be if we feel that moments are our last seconds and if we feel that we don't see tomorrow, then the most precious things alone we might be remember and we would recollect ..it would have scroll down like a reel those precious moments, and so i felt about my son and husband)  After several tests, the diagnosis finally came through: viral and bacterial pneumoni...

The Silent Strength of True Relationships

Hey all, Namaste ! 🙂 Life is full of ups and downs, victories, and struggles. Along the way, we meet countless people, but only a few truly matter. These are the ones who accept us just as we are, celebrate our wins, and support us through our toughest times without ever making us feel small. In this blog, let's dive into why these genuine relationships are the real treasures of our lives and why we should never take them for granted. In the journey of life, we encounter numerous individuals, each leaving their mark on our existence in unique ways. Among these, a select few stand out, offering unconditional acceptance and unwavering support. These relationships, marked by silent strength and genuine care, are the true treasures of our lives. In a world often driven by judgment and criticism, finding someone who accepts you as you are is rare and precious. These are the people who see beyond your flaws and mistakes, understanding the essence of who you truly are. They do not seek ...

The Beauty of Slowing Down

Hey all,Namaste. thank you for tuning in voice of chittan blog.  Today, I want to talk about something we often overlook but desperately need:  "the art of doing nothing.” Life has a funny way of surprising us, doesn’t it? There are days when no matter how hard we plan, things just don’t go our way. Deadlines get missed, expectations aren’t met, and sometimes, it feels like the world is rushing by while we’re stuck in slow motion. It’s frustrating, right? But what if I told you that these unexpected pauses are not failures—they’re opportunities? Opportunities to breathe. To reflect. To just be. Think about it. From the moment we wake up, we’re chasing something—goals, recognition, validation, or even the next item on our to-do list. But do we ever pause and ask ourselves, “Why?” Why are we running? And more importantly, where are we running to? Here’s the thing: not every day has to be about hitting targets or checking boxes. Sometimes, the most meaningful moments come ...

If the Entire Team Fails, Then the Manager Also Fails: Understanding Shared Responsibility

" When a team fails, the manager/leader fails too. A leader never have blaming tone, but sets an inspiration". Hey all Namasthe,  In the world of organisation ,failure is often seen as a setback, a sign that something went wrong. When an entire team fails, it can feel like a disaster. However, the true measure of a manager is not in how they handle success, but in how they manage failure. While a bad manager might blame their team to remain in their boss’s good books, a good manager understands that leadership means taking responsibility, learning from mistakes, and turning failure into an opportunity for growth. Here’s how a manager can win, even when their team fails. 1. Accept Responsibility The first step in turning failure into victory is for the manager to accept responsibility. This doesn’t mean shouldering all the blame, but rather acknowledging their role in the team’s performance. A good manager understands that they are accountable for the team's results, and t...

Losing my father was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. But you know what? It changed me. It taught me lessons I don’t think I would have learned otherwise. It’s like life whispered, "Here’s the truth—take it, hold it, and grow with it." One of the first things I learned was how important it is to stand on your own.I realized I had to become that for myself. Independence isn’t just about surviving—it’s about finding strength you didn’t know you had. And trust? Oh, that was a big one. I’ve learned to be careful with trust. Not everyone deserves it, and that’s okay. But here’s the thing—I haven’t closed myself off. I’ve just beco...

Your cracks in life are golden

Hey all...Namaste🙂 let me tell you about something I recently came across that completely changed how I see life. It’s this Japanese philosophy called Kintsugi. Ever heard of it? It’s basically the art of fixing broken pottery with gold. But hang on, it’s way more than that. Imagine this—you drop your favorite ceramic mug. It shatters. The first instinct? Toss it..we will throw it away, isn't it? Because broken things are useless, isn't it? But this is Not in Kintsugi. In Kintsugi, those cracks are celebrated in its own way. You know how? They’re filled with gold. And when you look at the repaired piece, it’s not just a mug anymore. It’s a story, a piece of art. It’s more valuable than it was before. And that got me thinking—what if we looked at ourselves the same way? I am sure you agree with me if I say this..., life breaks all of us in some way. Maybe it’s a failed relationship, a career setback, losing someone you love, or just that quiet feeling that you’re not enough. We...

where true power lies??

Namasthe to "Voice of Chittan" Readers!  As we sat together for a family movie night, immersed in the gripping tale unfolding on the screen, the hero stood alone, fighting against injustice. The villains, armed with massive weapons, seemed invincible, while the hero wielded nothing but a simple hammer. Watching intently, my son turned to me and asked, "How can he stop evil with just a hammer?" Without a second thought, completely absorbed in the moment, I responded, "Balam aayudham lo undadhu… daanni patte vaadilo untundhi!" (Strength is not in the weapon, but in the one who wields it.) As soon as I uttered those words, something struck me. I paused. I pondered. Wasn't this the essence of every great story, every legend, and every real-life victory? The Gandiva was powerful only because it was in Arjuna’s hands, used for a righteous cause. The Sudarshana Chakra became a force of protection and justice only when wielded by Lord Krishna. Hanuman, though ...
